The Wild, Wild East

The Wild, Wild East is Book 4 of Zimmerman’s Shpiel Time series of skits based on the biblical story of Esther. It features Queen Esther and King Ahasuerus of Persia as Miss Esther Lou and Sheriff Ahasuerus and their entourages as Western characters in the old town of Shushan. This skit includes bonus parody songs and technical notes for costumes, sets, props, décor, and ambience.

The author has been writing shpiels and other Jewish-themed skits for many years. She is currently a lay leader at Temple Israel in Kinston, North Carolina.
